Guest access
Guest will need to call Rhonda and let me know the ETA, property has a security gate and guest will need to call Rhonda to enter the property the first time.

Once guest is in the unit, the gate pass is in the lock box and guest will use the gate pass during your stay.

Upon departure, guest must put the gate pass back in the lock box and send a photo of pass in lock box to Rhonda. Failure to send the confirmation photo could result in a charge of $350.00 to obtain a new emergency gate pass for the next guest.
