The Island Hideaway Oasis, our newest property located directly across the street from our Island Hideaway Property, is now ready for bookings! The pool/hot tub is at our main property, which you are invited to enjoy, lie by the pool, take a relaxing hot tub, sit by the social fire pit area, and enjoy music, bring a cocktail, and meet new friends.
If you want condos for rent Fort Myers beach FL, such as Orchid Suite, which has two bedrooms, one bathroom, is newly remodeled and decorated, has new flooring, furnishings, and a great balcony that overlooks the tropical landscape where you can sit and enjoy a late afternoon cocktail or relax and enjoy the soft breeze. Both bedrooms have a large pillow-top king bed with comfy linens and comforters, and each bedroom has a French door that leads to a private balcony.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, and of course, bathroom linens are provided. The living room has a flat screen TV and French doors that open to a balcony. The living room is open to the kitchen with a dinette table that seats 4. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc.

Owner Policy
Reservations are non cancel. We recommend trip interuption insurance for your protection. We personally use www.insuremytrip.com. They will give you quotes from several different companyies.
Holiday and special events call for pricing. Rates are for max 4 persons.
1 assigned parking space per unit.
Some pets are accepted with prior approval. Pet fee is based on breed and weight of each pet.
Notes
*Double Occupancy per room – Extra Guest is $30 per night must register all guest. Unregistered guest will be incurr fee of 50.00 per person per night to the billing card on file.
*Minimum 7 night Stay required Dec - April
*Minimum 2 night Stay required May-Dec 20, Some holidays may require 3/4 night minimum stay
*Holiday and Special Events are at Winter Rates/Call for Pricing
*Cleaning $125.00 per stay
*Taxes 12.5%
*Pet’s considered with an additional fee. Unregistered pets will result in 250.00 fee to card on file 250.00 per pet.
*All units are non smoking. Any guest smoking in unit will incur a fee of 250.00 to card on file.
