The specifications of our vacation rentals are one (1) bedroom +, one (1) bathroom Suite, an impressive (800 sq. ft.) on the ground floor overlooking the community pool, hot tub area, and social fire pit area.
It has recently been professionally and comfortably decorated with new furnishings and decor for your comfort. You will sink into the King-size bed with bed linens found only in 5-star hotels, complete with Hotel Collection Bedding. We promise you one of the best night’s sleeps you will ever have away from home.
The rooms are decorated in fresh neutral hues, and each room is a retreat you will look forward to at the end of a day on the beach. The bedroom and living room have sliding French doors which open up to the pool/ hot tub, and the kitchen French doors open to a screened-in lanai, with both ends open, the breeze will gently whisper you to sleep each night.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for entertainment. Making your stay in the “Sunset” one you’ll remember for years. We have a lemon and lime tree that is a treat for specialty drinks, cocktails, and cooking when they are in season.
The bathroom is a spa-like retreat with a large walk-in shower and waist-height custom cabinets for comfort.
Washer/Dryer in unit for your convenience
Extras include a barbecue grill and beach towels for your use while you stay with us. Getting around town if you have not rented a car. NO PROBLEM. We have a trolley service that picks you up and carries you anywhere on the island for a nominal charge. Home of the Minnesota Twins Spring Training, Roy Hobbs World Series, Yoga on the Beach, Margaretville, Coming soon, Beach Weddings, and Sydney Berne Davis Art Center.

Owner Policy
Reservations are non cancel. We recommend trip interuption insurance for your protection. We personally use www.insuremytrip.com. They will give you quotes from several different companies.
1 assigned parking space per unit.
Some pets are accepted with prior approval. Pet fee is based on breed and weight of each pet.

*Double Occupancy – Rates for this unit include up to two guests. Unregistered guest will be incurr fee of 75.00 per person per night to the billing card on file.
*Minimum 7 night Stay required Dec - April
*Minimum 2 night Stay required May-Dec 20, Some holidays may require 3-4 night minimum stay
*Holidays and Special Events are at Winter Rates/Call for pricing
*Cleaning $250.00 per stay
*Taxes 13.5%
*Pet’s considered with an additional fee. Unregistered pets will result in 350.00 fee to card on file. 250.00 per pet.
*All units are non smoking. Any guest smoking in unit will incur a fee of 250.00 to card on file.
