Reservation Policy

To reserve a unit, we require a $500 deposit to be paid at the time of reservation by credit card.  The remaining amount due will need to be paid by check or cashiers check. 1/2 of remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival, final 1/2 due 60 days prior to arrival.

 

Check In/Out

Check in is 3 pm

Check out is 10 am

If you need a guaranteed  early check in or later check out we can usually accommodate you if we know in advance additional fee applies based on how early or late.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

We recommend you purchase travel interruption insurance policy for security should you need to cancel your reservation for family sickness or emergency. Cancellation will result in forfeit of all monies paid to date.

 

ALL Units are Non – Smoking – smoking in units will result in a 250.00 fee. No exceptions.
